STEP 1: Our Business Development(BD) team and client/prospect makes a touch base. The project specifications are shared by client/prospect. The deal is closed by BD team and the complete process is administered by VP-Sales.

STEP 2: Business Development team discusses the project scope with technical analysis team and gets back to client with a detailed proposal which covers:
(i) Functional - High Level Details
(ii) Non Functional - Low Level Details
(iii) Flow Chart / Cross Functional Details
(iv) Relevant Experience (Domain/Project)

STEP 3: Once the project is awarded, technical team drafts the SRS (Software Requirement Specifications) to be shared with the development team. Also, a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) is assigned to the client from our team to take care of all the communication. SPOC also helps the clients in overcoming all the challenges during development phase.

STEP 4: Development team, Design Team, Software Tester, all the required resources are assigned to the project and project goes in development phase, while following agile methodology.

STEP 5: During development, we stay in touch with the client and share regular progress updates to ensure that we are on the right track. Client may also contact the SPOC anytime and call a meeting to discuss any important edits/revisions/updates.

STEP 6: Project goes in testing phase where we do multiple testing to ensure that the product is ready for the launch. The most important testing is UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

STEP 7: Final tested product goes to client for approval and post successful approval by the client, project goes live. We assist the client in deploying the project on the live servers too.

STEP 8: We provide detailed demonstration of the live project and also offer post complementary support of 4 to 12 weeks' (depending on the size and complexity of the project) to ensure 100% correctly working product.
